Building a company requires friction and flow. We designed this suite to facilitate both. It is not just a room with two desks; it is a micro-incubator. The War Room The defining feature is the 3-meter wide magnetic glass whiteboard wall. It’s the first thing you see when you wake up, perfect for capturing those shower thoughts before they evaporate. The layout allows for 'shoulder-surfing' collaboration but gives enough space to put on headphones and grind separately. Fuel & Flow Bad coffee kills momentum. We installed a Technivorm Moccamaster batch brewer so you can brew 1.25L of gold-standard coffee to power through a 4-hour sprint. The acoustic treatment is zoned: you can take a call in the sleeping area while your co-founder types furiously in the workspace without bleed-through. The View Located on the second floor, the workspace faces the lake. When you hit a mental block, just look up. The horizon line is a natural reset button for the brain.
